Payments are processed securely through Shopify. Accepted payment methods include all options supported by Shopify, such as major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms provided during checkout.

We do not accept returns. Refunds may be offered at our discretion if a product is defective or damaged during shipping. If you experience an issue, please contact us at ferngardensoaps@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the problem.
