Fern Garden, LLC Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Fern Garden, LLC! We’re proud to offer high-quality, naturally derived soaps and body care products to our wholesale partners. Please review the following terms before placing your first order.

Effective 4/17/2026

1. Wholesale Eligibility

Fern Garden, LLC offers wholesale purchasing to approved retail partners only. Orders are intended for resale in physical or online stores and must comply with our branding and pricing guidelines.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening Order Minimum: $200
  • Reorder Minimum: $100

Orders that do not meet these minimums will not be processed.

3. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is 50% off our retail prices, as listed below:

  • Bar Soap
    • Retail: $4.99
    • Wholesale: $2.50
  • Body Wash
    • Retail: $11.99
    • Wholesale: $6.00
  • Hand Soap
    • Retail: $8.99
    • Wholesale $4.5
  • Lotion
    • NOT OFFERED IN WHOLESALE

All retail and wholesale prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed using the "Wholesale Order Form" found on our website under the "Wholesale" dropdown menu or by email. Orders will only be processed for approved retailers.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Invoices are issued upon shipment of your order. Invoices not paid within 15 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. 

6. Shipping & Handling

Orders typically ship within 1–7 business days after payment is received.
We ship using USPS and/or UPS.

Shipping charges will be based on the actual label cost through Shippo. Fern Garden, LLC reserves the right to charge a small handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials and fulfillment time.

Wholesale buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

7. Product Barcodes

All Fern Garden products available for wholesale are registered with GS1 US and carry verified UPC barcodes.

8. Returns, Damages & Replacements

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • If replacements are available, they will be sent at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.
  • Unwanted or unsold stock is non-returnable.

9. Branding & Resale Policy

  • Retailers may not relabel, rebrand, or alter Fern Garden, LLC products or packaging in any way.
  • Products must be sold under the Fern Garden brand name.
  • Retailers must not sell above Fern Garden’s listed retail price, though offering discounts or sales below retail is allowed. If the retailer is determined to be selling above Fern Garden's listed retail price, Fern Garden reserves the right to terminate all future orders.

10. Liability

Fern Garden, LLC is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use or resale of our products, except as provided under “Damages & Returns.”
We are not responsible for lost profits or shipping delays once the order has left our facility.

11. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order, the retailer agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
Fern Garden, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
